What are the benefits of cation IC?
Cation IC allows us to measure the key parameters calcium, potassium, magnesium, and sodium even more precisely (compared to ICP measurements).
In addition, total ammonium can also be determined: We will warn you in the future in case of elevated levels.
The measurement of the parameters Ca, K, Mg, and Na is still carried out via ICP-OES or MS: Thus, measured values of these critical parameters are available from two completely independent methodologies: This also improves the internal quality control in the Oceamo laboratory further.
