Conditions of Participation

1.1. These conditions and data protection notices regulate participation in the ICP-MS competition from OCEEMO eU - Schulstrasse 5, A-3200 Ober-Grafendorf

Austria (hereinafter referred to as "Organizer" or "OCEAMO") on the website www.oceamo.com/icp-ms-spiel  (hereinafter referred to as "Online Sweepstakes").

1.2. By participating in the competition, participants accept these conditions of participation.

1.3. Contacting the organizer is via emailoffice@oceamo.at possible.

 

 

2. Eligibility

2.1. Eligible to participate are natural persons who have their main place of residence in the EU and have reached the age of eighteen at the beginning of the competition.

2.2. Participation in the competition is voluntary, free of charge and independent of the purchase of any goods or services from the organizer.

 

 

3. Opportunities to Participate

3.1. The competition begins with the publication of the competition page on September 6th, 2022 and ends with the closing date for entries on September 20th, 2022, 11:59 p.m.

3.2. Participants can only access the OCEAMO website  www.oceamo.com/icp-ms-spielparticipate in the online sweepstakes.

3.3. Participation takes place online by answering the question on the competition page and providing a valid e-mail address.

 

 

4. Prices

4.1 A total of 3 ICP-MS analysis sets will be raffled among the participants.

4.2. It is not possible to redeem the prizes for cash.

 

5. Sweepstakes Administration

5.1. After the online competition has closed, three winners will be drawn from the participants who have answered the question correctly and provided a valid e-mail address. Winners will be notified by email and will be required to provide a shipping address for their prize to be sent.

5.2. The prizes will be sent free of charge by post to the address provided in writing by the winner.

5.3. If a participant does not confirm acceptance of the prize in writing to the organizer within 10 days of receipt of the prize notification (an office@oceamo.at) the profit is forfeited. In this case, the prize will be drawn again.

5.4. If the addresses or e-mail addresses provided are incorrect or invalid, the organizer is not obliged to find out correct addresses.

 

 

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

6.1. The organizer points out that the availability and function of the competition are not guaranteed. The online competition can be terminated or removed due to external circumstances and constraints without the participants being able to make any claims against the organizer. This applies in particular, but not exclusively, to cases in which, for technical reasons, e.g. B. Errors in the hardware and/or software or for legal reasons make it difficult, affected or impossible to carry out the competition properly.

 

 

7. Privacy Policy

7.1. The organizer takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data. To prevent eg spam bots and the like. systems with servers outside the EU/EEA area can be used by the organizer.

7.2.The data collected during the online competition will only be saved to process the competition.

7.3. Details on data processing by OCEEMO can be found on the website in theData protection.

 

 

8. Subject to change

8.1. The organizer reserves the right to change or supplement these conditions of participation at any time without giving reasons, insofar as this is necessary in the interest of simple and secure processing.

 

 

9. Miscellaneous

9.1. The legal process is excluded.

9.2. With the exclusion of conflict of law rules, Austrian law applies exclusively.

9.3. All references to persons and functions in the masculine form used in these Conditions of Participation also apply to the feminine form.
