Update – 21 September: Our laboratory is back in operation after the flood! Apart from minor restrictions (currently no phosphate check and no free osmosis check), we are now back in normal operation in the laboratory and ready to analyse your samples.

15 September 2024 Dear aquarists, Due to the heavy rainfall and the flood situation in Lower Austria, our laboratory in Ober-Grafendorf is under water. Fortunately, we were able to move all equipment to safety in time. Nevertheless, it will be some time before we are fully operational again. In the meantime, there may be delays in orders and analysis reports. Please do not send us any water samples at the moment! Test kits that are currently on their way to us will be replaced free of charge. Thank you for your support – we hope to be back as usual soon!
