Since our founding in 2017 by Dr. Dipl.-Ing. Christoph Denk, we have set ourselves the goal of enriching the fascinating world of reef aquarium keeping with scientific expertise and passion. Dr. Christoph Denk, an experienced chemist with many years of experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, has devoted himself intensively to chemistry since 1999. As an enthusiastic aquarist since his childhood, he is particularly fascinated by the diversity of reef aquariums. He combined these two passions when founding Oceamo.

We use our existing infrastructure not only to provide high-quality products to aquarists, but also to better understand the reef ecosystem. In our research tanks we investigate the metabolism of corals and the importance of trace metals. Our research is conducted according to scientific standards and carefully documented. Our goal is to gain knowledge that contributes to the further development of reef aquaristics.
